Born and raised in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, I’m a second-generation Realtor with more than 22 years of experience helping clients navigate the Arizona real estate market with confidence. After building my career in the East Valley and Phoenix markets, I’ve developed extensive knowledge of communities throughout Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Gold Canyon, and surrounding areas. Whether helping a family find the right neighborhood, securing a luxury golf-course property, or negotiating the best possible terms for a seller, I bring a hands-on approach, strong communication, and proven negotiation skills to every transaction.

As a Canadian living and working in Arizona, I also have a strong understanding of foreign taxation considerations and the unique challenges Canadians face when buying or selling property in the United States.
