Heather Maldonado artistically combines real estate knowledge with her interior design experience to provide her clients with an insider’s view of buying, selling, and home building.
With many years of experience owning her own business and designing homes for Arizona’s largest home builders, Heather knows the importance of service and has an exquisite sense for detail. She helps her real estate clients understand how to best improve their homes and ready them for sale. Heather is also an exceptional guide when working with buyers, helping them untangle the complex buying process to find the home that is just right for them. Her expansive knowledge allows her to be a one stop REALTOR® by providing a creative experience in helping her clients stage their property for sale, advising on the selection of new interior materials, or finding a fixer upper.
Originally from Colorado, Heather moved to Arizona in 1996 for the warm weather and to obtain her Interior Design Degree. Heather and her husband, along with their four children, reside in North East Mesa where they maintain an active lifestyle in their community. When Heather isn’t on the go with her children’s activities or working, she enjoys playing tennis, reading, and spending time with her family. Heather is a member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®.
