If you are the type to not read long reviews here’s the summary - Stop reading and contact Lorraine for your real estate needs. You will not find someone better in the business. To elaborate, there are three words that describe my family’s experience with Lorraine and Karen - professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to a sudden death in my family, we were left with a property in the greater Phoenix area as part of an estate. I am located in the Detroit metro area. It was going to be a daunting task to clear out a house thousands of miles away in the midst of a pandemic, but Lorraine made the process seamless. She was sensitive to our situation and gave us the time and space to save and clear out special family items. But she was just as aggressive when we needed her to be when expediting a timeline to get things disposed/sold and cleaned for a showing. She treated my late Aunts home like it was one of her family members - with the utmost care and respect. The process of listing and the open house was flawless. The staging and pictures were professional quality and everything went forward with no issues. We closed in a manner of weeks with thousands of miles between us. Both Lorraine and Karen were available at all hours and all days giving their attention to details. No questions were off limits and they were able to give their professional opinions on issues where I had no experience. If Lorraine couldn’t handle the issue herself she always “knew a guy/gal” that could help out. Clearly she is not one of those people that decided to get into real estate because of the current hot market. Her knowledge base extends many years and she’s in it because it’s her passion. I don’t live in Phoenix so I have no idea if Lorraine is one of those realtors that puts up billboards to advertise. First off, I love this lady. She gets it. I mean that. We moved from the Bay Area right after the Covid-19 lock down started. A million dollar house in limbo on the market with no place to go she set up a virtual walk through for us , keep in mind we are on the road driving to Az. We pulled over, took a look and made the offer. She negotiated with the seller to let us rent the house until ours sold and closed saving us over $12k. We love our new home and it just would not have happened without her attention and diligence. She will be an asset to any transaction.

Stop your search! Honestly, you really want to list your home with Lorraine. We live out of State and decided it was finally time to sell our property in Mesa. We truly could have not chosen a better Realtor than Lorraine. From our first phone conversation her knowledge and expertise of the current market was evident. She knew the trends and guided us in what to expect. Her market analysis was right on target. She did not mislead us in pricing low so it would be a quick sale for her. As the market changed and trended up, she provided the latest data so we could price in the right range and still sell fast. That's honesty! We would have never known this information, she didn't mind going through the extra work, so we could get the max amount for the house. Lorraine knows what it takes to sell a house, so following her advice we did some minor improvements to have the house show well and it did. 3 offers within hours of listing!
