Monica Payseno
Born and raised in Renton, Washington, Monica Payseno relocated to Arizona to pursue her dreams in real estate. Since moving to Arizona in 2017, she has specialized in residential real estate in the Southeast Valley and discovered a true love for the Valley of the Sun.
Monica discovered her passion for helping people when she traveled to Ghana, Africa with her church in 2008. While there, she taught in schools and orphanages and brought supplies to villages all over the country. Through her experiences in Ghana, she learned first-hand the importance of relationships and valuing people. Monica brings this love of service to her clients and works tirelessly to guide them through the buying or selling process.
With a background in Property Management, Monica knows how to navigate situations and conversations with professionalism and creativity. Monica understands that the process of buying or selling can be exciting yet overwhelming at the same time. She provides her clients with the tools, resources, information, and education to help them feel confident and make well-informed decisions. Monica’s authentic desire to develop formidable and professional relationships with her clients is one of her best features.
Currently, Monica resides in Northeast Mesa with her husband Peter and their daughter Olivia. They enjoy finding new gluten-free/vegan restaurants, exploring new places around Arizona, and spending time as a family. Monica loves a warm cup of coffee even on the hottest of summer days, and enjoys hiking, refurbishing furniture, crafting, and a good “dad joke.” Having studied photography in college at the Art Institute of Seattle, she also loves capturing Arizona’s true beauty, diverse landscapes, and breathtaking sunsets.
Monica is a member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the West & Southeast REALTORS® of the Valley (WeSERV).
