Shelly Udall
As a realtor and general contractor, Shelly brings energy and construction expertise to empower clients with knowledge and the confidence needed to make the best decisions when buying, selling or renovating a property. She can help identify homes that match your style, budget, and renovation goals. For sellers, she can recommend the right improvements to maximize your sale price, without over investing. As a fee-only general contractor, she eliminates conflicts of interest issues common to cost-plus billing. Instead, she focuses her energies on delivering the project you envision- on time and on budget.
Shelly has lived in the Mesa area since junior high, graduating from Westwood High School. She finished a history degree from Arizona State University where she met her husband (but not in that order). As a proud ASU alumna and member of The ASU President’s Club and ASU Foundation, she supports the strides the university has made in the last two decades. She also volunteers with the Salt River Wild Horse Management Group to help manage and keep the majestic animals free. On top of that, she serves on The City of Mesa Design Review Board to help shape thoughtful development in our community. Spending time with her adult children and exploring new restaurants and live music is a priority. In her spare time, she enjoys sporting events, travel, art galleries and playing Mah Jong.
