About Youngshin “Chloe” Kim
With international business, branding and marketing experience, Youngshin “Chloe” Kim brings her global insight and cross cultural experiences to the real estate profession.
Chloe spent her early childhood years in Edmonton, Alberta and then returned to South Korea for her secondary school years. Several years ago, she and her husband Bryan moved to Mesa for a new adventure and to be nearer to his family. Like so many others who have moved to Arizona, she has truly fallen in love with the Valley of the Sun for its landscape, sunsets, and vibrant growth.In Korea,
Chloe was an accomplished business professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in business and a Master’s in Business (MBA) from Sung Kyun Kwan University in Seoul. She worked as a brand licensing manager for five years, cultivating international fashion, food, beverage, and lifestyle brands. Bilingual in Korean and English, Chloe also had the opportunity to work as a translator, most notably for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic’s Bid Committee. Her professional experiences have given her an acute sense for cultural awareness, strong communication skills, an ability to manage complex projects, and a high level of professionalism.
Chloe started working for KOR Properties in 2019 as the Assistant Director of Marketing. Since then, she has capitalized on her knowledge of the industry and the local real estate market. In addition to being a Realtor, Chloe manages the brokerage’s social media accounts and assists with transaction management, marketing efforts, and office operations.
An avid foodie, Chloe is always on the hunt for the most delicious food in Arizona. When she isn’t exploring new restaurants, she enjoys entertaining, hiking in the beautiful mountains around the Valley, discovering the latest museum exhibitions, and spending time with her husband, Bryan, extended family, and fur baby, Nike.
