This review is a long time coming! We were planning on moving cross country when the market was still hot but starting to cool down in the phoenix area. We initially decided to sell our home to opendoor. After considering our options we decided to sell the traditional route. Our builders in Michigan pulled the rug out from under us when they decided we needed to close on our house in a timeframe we hadn’t agreed on - 4 weeks early. Stressful! We had talked to other relators, they all have an aggressive pitch on how they’ll sell your home. But, will they answer your phone call through the day to listen to how stressed and concerned you are? Ashlee fielded so many of my concerns and comforted me during a really stressful time. She took on extra days to hold open house’s. And! Her adorable daughter gave potential buyers cute little drawings. Her whole team really held our hand during the whole process. Anyone can sell your home, but Ashlee went above and beyond because she’s a GOOD person. She didn’t have to show up for us every time she did. If I was selling a home in the Phoenix market, I’d pick Ashlee 100 times over.
